Ingredients:
  • 125ml soy milk
  • 2/3 banana
  • 30g hemp seeds
  • 2cc raw cocoa powder
  • 1cc cinnamon
Steps :

  1. In the bowl of a blender, add the soya milk, hemp seeds, raw cocoa and cinnamon, then 2/3 of a banana in pieces.
  2. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and drink within 30 minutes of your workout.
