- Payment details (CB only)*.
When the User fills in fields, the compulsory nature of the information requested is indicated by an asterisk, as this information is essential to SARL THITAN. If this mandatory information is not provided, SARL THITAN will not be able to honor the order placed by the User.
Purpose of personal data collection
SARL THITAN uses Users' personal data for the following purposes:
- Carry out operations relating to the management of the User relationship (such as the management of the Personal Area containing the history of orders, order processing and any complaints from Users);
- Use of the online sales site ;
- Management of Users' requests for access, rectification and opposition rights;
- Mailing campaign by collecting the User's e-mail address (possibility of unsubscribing).
The User's personal data is not sold by SARL THITAN.
Shelf life
SARL THITAN keeps Users' personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, i.e. for a period of :
- Sixty (60) minutes following the completion of the shopping cart by the User, when the Personal Data is of interest to the User in finding the items selected in his shopping cart;
- Three (3) years following the order cancelled on the website or following the order received and returned by the User, when the Personal Data is of interest to the User in order to trace the history of his/her orders;
- Three (3) years following the User's last action on his account, when the Personal Data is of interest to the User to use his inactive User space again;
- Five (5) years after the order has been completed, i.e. delivered, when the Personal Data is of administrative interest, in particular to establish proof of a right or contract;
- Five (5) years following the last order, when the Personal Data is of interest to the User to see the history of his past orders;
- Ten (10) years after the order is completed, i.e. delivered, when the Personal Data is of accounting interest, for the establishment of proof of accounting documents and supporting documents.
After this period, Users' Personal Data will be automatically deleted.
Consequently, the User may not hold SARL THITAN liable on the grounds that it has not kept the data beyond the above-mentioned time limits.
Details of personal data recipients
Users' personal data are communicated by SARL THITAN :
- To its employees authorized to use such data;
- To service providers (subcontractors) with whom SARL THITAN works only to the extent necessary to perform the tasks entrusted to them, namely :
- For the hosting of data related to the use of the website ;
- For website maintenance and updates ;
- For online payment.
The User's personal data may be communicated by SARL THITAN at the request of judicial, police or administrative authorities without the User being able to object.
