How do I take CBD oil?

CBD oil comes in a small bottle with pipette. This practical format is easy to integrate into your daily routine. Here's how to use it:

  1. Choose the right dosage for your CBD oil (see below).
  2. Open the bottle and squeeze the pipette.
  3. Apply the desired number of droplets under your tongue.
  4. Leave the oil under the tongue for 1-2 minutes, then swallow what's left.
  5. Wait 5 to 20 minutes for the effects to take effect.

It is not recommended to drink, eat or smoke approximately 5 minutes beforeusing CBD oil. In fact, it's more effective to use the oil after a meal. The reason? It spreads the absorption of CBD throughout the digestive process. The benefits of CBD generally last from 6 to 8 hours.

CBD oil can also be mixed with food or drink. To preserve it, store in a cool, dark place away from humidity. 

What dosage for your CBD oil?

CBD oil offers a major advantage: it comes in precise dosages such as 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 30% and more, to meet every need. This percentage represents the quantity of CBD in relation to the quantity of oil in the bottle.
