Dosage & advice
CBD is a molecule that can work wonders for many conditions, but it needs to be understood and used in the right way to reap its full benefits.
We strive to provide you with as much information and advice as possible on cannabidiol, its benefits and how to use it.
We have therefore created three information packs for CBD oil, all of which are based on studies carried out in the USA, Canada and Iceland, the three countries most advanced in research into this molecule, as well as many years of experience in the field (tests, customer feedback and observations).
We would like to remind you that CBD is in no way a medicine, and should not be used as a substitute for medication. It can be used to treat pathologies, but should only be consumed with the approval of a health specialist in the best of cases.
- A downloadable user's guide that includes a wealth of information on CBD and its benefits, its interaction with the body, how to use it for different types of disease, and the appropriate dosage.
- An automatic dosage calculator based on various factors(pathology category, weight, age) applies multiplication coefficients to each combination to determine the optimal daily dosage for your profile and pathology.
- An informative flyer summarizing dosage calculations, CBD interaction and benefits is included with every order.

FAQ
Does the oil contain THC?
Our CBD oils are devoid of any trace of THC. In fact, since they are extracted in such a way as to separate THC from other cannabinoids, no high or psychotropic effects can be felt, and there are no addictive effects or problems with saliva tests, for example.

Natural composition and production
As you now know, we're fervent advocates of 100% natural and French whenever possible. For our CBD oils, we chose organically-grown hemp from Brittany and a manufacturer (for oil processing) from Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
Why is the sublingual absorption channel the best?
This method optimizes CBD absorption, since it is directly assimilated by the mucous membranes under the tongue. This results in better neurotransmission of cannabinoids (50-70% according to studies) than the oral route, for example, where some of them are lost during digestion.
Can CBD interact with drugs?
Yes, it's possible, and we don't talk about it enough! In fact, cannabidiol can interact with various molecules found in medicines. No risk or danger to health, however, drug interaction can diminish or cancel out the effect of the drug and/or CBD.
We have set up a CBD oil user guide with a "Drug Interaction" section listing the various molecules with which CBD should not be consumed.

Our complementary products
CBD oil is a product that can be accompanied by the intake of other CBD products, for a greater effect of the molecule at certain times of the day (in the evening, for example, for people with sleep disorders, or during periods that are more difficult than others for colors such as painful periods or muscle pain).
Here are a few examples:
The "Light Sleep" duo
Marchand de Sable herbal tea in combination with CBD oil is the perfect ally for people with anxiety and/or sleep disorders. To be consumed in the evening before bedtime, it provides (via its specific formulation and the presence of CBD) support to accompany the oil, and the feedback is excellent when it comes to more peaceful nights after using this duo!
CBD lozenges
Thanks to their ease of use and variable CBD concentration (5, 10 and 15mg), they're ideal for an extra CBD boost during the day, when you're feeling a little under the weather, or simply when you're in a lot of pain (painful periods, chronic pain, muscular pain after sport...).
What's more, they're vegan and also Made in France! A little extra compared to oil, they're non-greasy because they're made from acacia gum - in short, a very healthy product.
CBD treats
Our little CBD treats also provide a little CBD (10mg/unit). They're easy to use because they're very tasty (and, after all, we're all a bit tasty!), and are the perfect product for a little snack during the day to boost your energy levels, while adding a little cannabidiol to your body to help with everyday aches and pains.
Our CBD creams are also an excellent source of cannabidiol for various skin problems (eczema, psoriasis, dry skin, muscle problems, etc.).
