20% CBD:

A Cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant, CBD regulates the body's homeostasis. In particular, it interacts with the 5-HT1A receptors in the nervous system responsible for serotonin.

In addition to its action on serotonin, CBD plays a major role in reducing stress and anxiety, two factors regularly found in people suffering from insomnia.

The CBN at
up to 20%:

It is often referred to as the "sleep cannabinoid" because of its strong sedative effect, and is the second best cannabinoid after CBD.
Cannabinol has many properties (anti-inflammatory, calming, anticonvulsant...), but the one that stands out most is its sedative action, thanks to its interaction with the central nervous system (CNS) and the CB1 receptor.

We share with you a summary of a scientific study on the benefits of CBN on insomnia conducted by an Australian laboratory on 20 people suffering from chronic insomnia. The study proves the benefits of CBN on insomnia, with positive results including improved sleep cycles and deep sleep time.

Melatonin 1%:

This time, it's not a cannabinoid, nor a cannabis-related molecule. You may know it as the " sleep hormone ", melatonin is synthesized naturally by the human body and helps you fall asleep every night.

It is synthesized by the pineal gland (located in the brain) and plays a key role in maintaining the circadian rhythm (day and night). This biological clock regulates our daily processes thanks to melatonin, which is synthesized at the end of each day (when natural light diminishes) and throughout the night, peaking at around 3:00 - 3:30 a.m. (time for deep sleep), then diminishing in the early morning after a restful sleep (when day breaks) to enable the body to wake up and start the day.

An intake of melatonin 30 minutes before bedtime helps to re-establish a good circadian rhythm and therefore restful sleep for people whose bodies do not synthesize enough melatonin naturally, or not at the right time (later in the night instead of earlier in the evening).

Dosage and use

Dosage and use

The recommended dosage is 4 drops every evening just before going to bed:

  • 40mg CBD
  • 40mg CBN
  • 2mg Melatonin

This is the maximum dose (2mg of melatonin per day maximum according to ANSES).
You can divide it by 2 if you wish to start (2 drops).

This dosage is established in compliance with European legislation on foodstuffs.

Directions for use, 30 minutes before bedtime (after eating):

  • Shake your oil bottle
  • Place 4 drops of sleep oil under your tongue
  • Leave on for 30sec to 1min without swallowing (so that the oral mucosa can absorb the oil).
  • Swallowing what's left after this time
  • Enjoy a quick fall asleep and a deep sleep!

Our sleep oil is formulated in France in a qualified laboratory run by a team of professionals, the first to produce CBD oil in France.

Organic MCT coconut oil is used as the carrier oil for cannabinoid extraction, ensuring a healthy product.

Cold pressing is used to extract the cannabinoids (CBD and CBN in particular), a process that avoids the use of chemicals (solvents, etc.) and heat, which degrades the extraction (loss of cannabinoids). Contraindications and precautions for use of melatonin

Melatonin can make you drowsy, so we don't recommend driving or using machine tools after taking it.

In general, we recommend using our CBD & Melatonin oil when you want to sleep, regardless of the time of day (afternoon nap, for example), but when you've done everything you had to do beforehand (work, driving...).

Is melatonin addictive?

To date, no study has found melatonin to be addictive, as it is initially synthesized by the human body.
Taking melatonin as a supplement will not make you dependent, and no tolerance linked to regular intake will develop.

Is mixing CBD and melatonin dangerous?

No, since the two molecules do not potentiate each other, their effects being based on different physiological mechanisms, they will not increase the potency of either.

However, it is important to respect the maximum daily dosage for melatonin, set byANSES at 2mg melatonin per day. We follow the ANSES recommendations and have established an adapted dosage with a maximum of 2mg of melatonin per day, taking a maximum of 4 drops of oil.

Can I overdose on melatonin? Are overdoses risky?

To date, no melatonin overdose has been recorded, and scientific studies prove that it is impossible to die from a melatonin overdose.

A study has also been carried out on a 42-year-old suicide attempt involving melatonin taken at 120mg (60 times the maximum daily dose). She was taken to emergency and discharged 12 hours later with only symptoms of drowsiness.

Are drug interactions possible?

Several studies have shown that melatonin and benzodiazepines (certain antidepressants or sleeping pills) can potentiate each other, and that the sedative effects of benzodiazepines can then be increased.

Nothing serious so far, it is simply recommended not to take these two molecules at the same time.

Doing sport:
Physical activity is important for good health, and it also has an impact on your sleep, as the amount of energy expended during the activity will increase your need for sleep.

Limit the use of screens:
We often forget that apart from being an "exciting" activity for our brains, the white light of our screens also keeps us awake and reduces the natural production of melatonin: this can prevent you from sleeping!

Sleeping with the window open:
Whenever possible (especially in summer), sleeping with the window open allows for better air quality and lower temperatures, conducive to a restful night's sleep.

Sleep hygiene :
Healthy living also applies to sleep. By limiting stimulants such as coffee and sugary drinks, as well as cigarettes and alcohol, you're more likely to fall asleep quickly and enjoy a restful night's sleep.
